Mayfair Open Rose Plates

Ten different plates were made in the Mayfair Open Rose pattern.  The five and three-quarter inch bread plate is often substituted as a saucer and comes in the colors of pink, green, blue, and yellow.  The six and one-half inch round sherbet plate was only made in the color pink.  A six and one-half inch round sherbet plate with an off-center indent was made in the colors of pink, green, blue, and  yellow.  The eight and one-half inch luncheon plate, the nine and one-half inch dinner plate, and the nine and one-half inch grill plate were made in the colors pink, green, blue, and yellow.  The ten inch footed cake plate was made in the colors of pink, green, and blue — with the green being the most rare.  The eleven and one-half inch handled grill plate was only made in yellow and is rare.  The twelve inch handled cake plate was made in pink, green, and blue.  The twelve inch plate with tab handles was only made in yellow and is rare.
